Hi, I’m Michelle — the creator behind Michelle’s Mystical Masterpieces.
What started as a creative escape quickly turned into a growing small business built from late nights, big ideas, glitter, beads, 3D prints, blind bags, and a whole lot of heart. I create fun, affordable goodies designed to bring people joy — whether that’s through live sales, custom creations, mystery items, or handmade treasures.
I’m a mum, a creator, and honestly just someone who loves making people smile. My business has grown around an amazing online community that feels more like friends hanging out than customers shopping, and that’s something I’ll never take for granted.

Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We ship using NZ Post parcels. Once your order leaves us, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days depending on your location.
How quickly are orders sent out?
We aim to have orders packed and sent within 2 working days.
Please note some handmade and 3D printed items may require extra production time before shipping.
Returns & Refunds
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage so we can help.
Eligible damaged items may receive:
a replacement
store credit
or a refund depending on the situation
Do you offer refunds on 3D printed items?
Some 3D printed items are delicate and designed more as novelty/display items rather than heavy-use toys.
Because of this:
we do not offer refunds for articulated or fragile 3D prints broken through rough handling or misuse
however, if an item arrives damaged, we’ll always do our best to help resolve it
In some situations, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund.
Live Sale Deposits
Are live sale deposits refundable?
Live deposits are only refundable if no claims are made during the live sale.
Once claims have been made using your deposit, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
